Hello E&I Family,
A recent review on Amazon (Thank you to all of you who take the time to leave a review when you love our products!) showed us some of you may be struggling with our extra secure cork on the diffuser bottles.
Opening a corked diffuser can be a little tricky, but here are some steps you can follow to do it safely:
-
Grip the cork firmly with one hand, and hold the bottle with the other hand.
-
Gently twist the cork to loosen it. Avoid pulling or yanking on the cork, as this can cause it to break or become stuck.
-
Once the cork is loosened, use a gentle rocking motion to slowly pull the cork out of the bottle. If you encounter resistance, stop and wiggle the cork back and forth slightly to loosen it further.
-
As you remove the cork, be prepared for some liquid to spill out of the bottle. If possible, do this over a sink or a surface that can be easily cleaned.
-
Once the cork is removed, you can insert the diffuser reeds into the bottle and enjoy the fragrance.
It's important to handle the corked diffuser carefully, as the liquid inside can be messy and difficult to clean up. If you're having difficulty opening the diffuser, consider asking for assistance or using a tool like a cork screw to help you get the cork out.
